What is included in my annual physical exam?
Comprehensive health history and medication review
Physical exam and mental health screening
Annual labs: CBC, CMP, Lipid panel, Urinalysis, Diabetic and Thyroid test
Discussion of health topics relevant to your age and risk factors
STD and HIV testing if requested or recommended
Pap smear and pelvic exam for female older than 21
Other Preventative Screening such as:
Blood pressure monitoring, Depression screening, Immunization-vaccines review, Diabetes and Thyroid screening, Obesity screening, and Breast/Colon Cancer screening
