USCIS exam cost

With Insurance: 

• Office visits, labs and any vaccination is initially billed to insurance. You are responsible for co-pay, deductible or any services not covered by insurance. Please keep in mind that not all insurance companies cover this type of exam. So check with your insurance about the coverage.   

• There is additional $75.00 fee for completion of I-693 forms and associated administrative work. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment at the time of scheduling. The $25.00 initial deposit will be applied to the $75.00 administrative fee and the remaining balance will be collected during check in. 

 

Without Insurance: 

$400 per person for office visits and completion of I-693 forms. If any lab work or vaccinations are required, information on associated costs will be provided.
